Individual Control Booklet
The published
Order nr. 983/2007
of 27th August regulates the
requirements for advertising the timetable of the staff
that dealing with the running of cars owned by the
companies, that is to say, for the workers that use such
vehicles as an essential mean for performing their
duties.
The advertisement of the permanent
timetable of the aforesaid workers is made through a
timetable map, which must be displayed in the business
establishment or head office of the company and also
inside the vehicle used by the worker.
The employer must send a copy of the
timetable map to the Department of the
Work Conditions
Authority with at least 48 hours before its
enforcement.
The registration of the hours made by the
aforesaid workers, of their free time, breaks and rests,
whether daily or weekly, is made on the Individual
Control Booklet, which must be previously certified
by the
Work Conditions
Authority.
It is incumbent upon the employer to
supply such document, duly certified, to the worker and
organize the registration in a proper book of the
booklets supplied to the workers.
It is incumbent upon the worker the daily filling in of
the booklet, as per its instructions.
