Security, Hygiene and Health at Work

For each one of their establishments, the employers are compelled to draw up and submit, between 1st and 30th April of each year, the Activity Report of the Services of Safety, Hygiene and Health services at work related to the previous year.

All employers, independently of the dimension, can submit the report through the Internet.

Applications for Data Gathering (1.02 version) and Validation (1.02 version), as well as the corresponding Instructions for the filling in and submission of the report through the Internet, are made available for download.
